At Arka Consultancy, we take pride in delivering high-quality professional services with full transparency. This policy outlines our terms regarding cancellations and refunds.

Refund Policy
No Refunds: Once negotiations are completed and both parties have mutually signed the contract, no refunds will be provided under normal circumstances.

Refund Timeline
Once we receive your formal refund request and complete our verification process, any approved refund will be initiated from our end within 7 business days. The refunded amount (after applicable deductions) will typically reflect in your original payment account within a maximum of 14 days from the date of initiation, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing time.

Exceptional Refunds:
A refund may be considered only in genuine emergency situations from the client's side (subject to review and approval by Arka Consultancy).

If a refund is approved in such an exceptional case:

Any government or payment platform processing charges will be deducted.

Charges for services already delivered (partially or fully) will also be deducted.

The remaining refundable amount (if any) will be processed.

We do not entertain refund requests through phone calls, text messages, or any other medium.

Cancellation Policy
The cancellation of services is subject to the specific terms and conditions mentioned in your signed contract with Arka Consultancy.

As a general rule, clients are required to provide at least 1 (one) month prior written notice for contract cancellation.
This notice must be submitted via email to:

The final decision and terms of cancellation will be governed by what is mentioned in the signed contract, and any applicable deductions or obligations will be clearly communicated at the time of cancellation.
